Preparation: In order to complete the IBAN account setup process you will need two documents
A passport or a drivers license (Drive license can only be used if you are from the EU)
A proof of address document with your name clearly stated that has been issued in the last three months including;
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
1. Log into your MVA App
2. Tap the IBAN icon
3. Enter the source of funds for your account, your Tax Payer identification number and tap Send Request
4. You will receive an email to email address linked with your MVA Account.
Click the link within the email to start the KYC verification process
5. Open the page loads, click Continue
6. To begin the biometric verification process, Select a Country
7. Choose your document type
Please note: Only passports are accepted for those from outside the EU
8. Click select file to upload your KYC document
9. Once the photo uploaded, continue
10. Upload your Proof of Address document by click select a file
11. Once document has been uploaded tap Continue
12. In order to complete KYC verification you will need to pass biometrics. Once the page loads tap the Start Now button.
Look straight into the camera, after a few seconds you will be asked to:
- Look Right
- Look Left
- Smile
13. All done! Once verification is complete your status will automatically update in your app and you will be able to start using your IBAN!
