1- Once you have successfully logged in to your META1 account, click over the support request dashboard tab on the dashboard to your left.
2- Once you are here go ahead and select the ticket that you wish to reply to.
3- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click where it says add to conversation and type in what we wish to reply to the ticket
4- You may also attach a file by clicking on the upload file button and selecting a file. Once you are ready click submit.
