"Please note the META Vault app can only be used on one mobile device at a time, this is done for security reasons. Please choose the device you setup META Vault on carefully. Additionally, once your META Vault account is setup, you are able to access your account from a web browser. For more information on this please see the How to Login Into META Vault from a desktop tutorial."

1 - Once you have successfully downloaded the META Vault application, you will open it and click where it says let’s start.

2 - You will be asked for an email address, type it in and click send OTP. You will receive an email with a verification code and you will type it in on the next window and then you will click on the verification button.

3 - Now you will be asked for your name, surname, date of birth, address, postal code, city, country, phone number, shipping address and gender. Once you fill all this information, you will click next.

4 - You will be asked now to upload a selfie photo, you will do so by clicking on the next button and taking a picture.

5 - Once your photo is uploaded successfully, you will now be asked to upload a passport or an ID and to type in your document numbers (Please note that State ID’s are only allowed for users residing in the European Union)

6 - Next you will be asked to upload a proof of address document.

7 - Finally you will be asked to create a pin number.

IMPORTANT: Please note there are two steps to the KYC process, the first step is done during the account setup and this is verification of your KYC documents and typically takes 3-5 business days to complete. The second step in the KYC process happens automatically after you complete the activation of your new debit card. This normally takes 3-4 business days however in some cases can take as long as 14 business days.
