1. The first thing you’ll need to do is create a paper wallet, see (How to Create a Paper Wallet), the Paper Wallet provides a backup set of keys that you can use to restore your account in the event of a lost passkey.
2. Keep your passkey in an offline location. It is best to keep a record of your passkey on an offline storage device such as an encrypted USB drive. USB drives are inexpensive and there are many free applications online that will add encryption to your USB Drive. Once you have the passkey on the USB drive keep it in a safe place where you can access it when you need it.
3. Use an offline password manager like KeePassXC. Password Manager, such as KeepassXC, stores your passwords disconnected and off of the internet. This means your passwords cannot be accessed by hackers from anywhere in the world. They can only be accessed by you.
